Python Developer

A Kforce retail client in Dublin, CA is currently looking for a Python Developer for a 6+ month contract that is hybrid, with remote considered. Must work with PST hours. The Python Developer will support the development and enhancement of Python-based automation and integration solutions in a cloud environment. Responsibilities include:
- Develop and maintain Python scripts and frameworks
- Python Developer will build REST API integrations and file ingestion/distribution workflows
- Automate report and file delivery through email, servers, SharePoint, and cloud environments
- As a Python Developer, you will support workflows spanning on-premise and Azure environments
- Develop and support MicroStrategy solutions
- Strong hands-on Python development experience
- Strong REST API development and integration experience
- Experience developing file ingestion and distribution workflows
- Experience working with on-premise file servers, Azure, and SharePoint
- Hands-on MicroStrategy development experience beyond report execution
- Ability to work PST hours and attend a daily 7:00 AM PST standup
- Retail industry experience is a plus
