This role is responsible for meeting and greeting residents, guests, prospective employees, suppliers, vendors, and outside service providers in a warm and professional manner on a daily basis. They are the first face someone sees when visiting our community! Schedule: Full-time opportunity, Monday - Friday with some weekend hours

Salary: Starting at $16/hour Here are a few of the daily responsibilities of a Concierge:
- Provide ongoing telephone coverage.
- Solve issues presented by residents, guests, vendors, and suppliers in a manner so that both the organizational objectives are met, as well as the individuals feel they were served appropriately. Keep difficult situations from escalating.
- Accept delivery packages, document receipt of packages in log book, and notify the resident (recipient) of delivery
- Deliver packages
- Prepare maintenance work orders as requested by residents and staff
- Heavy computer use with Microsoft
- Assist the Business Office Manager with projects/assignments.
- Other duties as needed
Here are a few of the qualifications we need you to have:
- Multi line phone experience
- Must demonstrate excellent telephone communication skills
- Must be comfortable with Microsoft Word, heavy Calendar bookings, and email
- Must be able to navigate with Excel.
- Previous logistics is a huge plus
- Previous work in a senior living community a plus
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required
