Appraiser Trainee/Market Researcher

Our firm provides valuation & consulting, litigation support services, asset management, to all participants in this specialized sector. Specialty product lines include 55+ Active Adult, Independent Living, Assisted Living, Substance Abuse Facilities, Skilled Nursing, Continuing Care Retirement Communities (CCRCs), and Hospitals. HealthTrust is seeking a full-time appraiser trainee / market researcher (we actively train appraisers and analysts to excel in our sector). The position requires flexibility with travel throughout Colorado upon advancing to a licensed trainee staff level; Daily tasks include: Travel for property inspections, which may include overnight stays; Strong telephone interview skills; Interviewing executive directors of the facilities during property tours; Assisting regional Partner or Director with day-to-day duties; Researching public data (tax assessment, zoning, state licensure regulations, senior living and healthcare databases, local supply, proposed construction).
