Salary: $90-100K

What your future day will look like:

• Manage multiple projects from development to completion
• Consult with customer to determine project specifics
• Oversee project design, contracts, progress, & budget
• Manage internal project staff and sub-contractors
• Help with bidding of various projects
• Coordinate with superintendents to monitor progress
• Generate schedules for all stages of the project
• Manage changes to project over the course of implementation

Type: Direct Hire

To be a champion in this role, you will need:

• BS in architecture, construction management, engineering or business
• 5+ years project management experience
• 10+ years of construction experience
• Ability to manage multiple projects
• Strong communication & negotiation skills
• Ability to be adaptable & meet deadlines
