Responsibilities Customer Interaction and Experience : Greet customers, provide repair information, resolve complaints, and ensure follow-up to guarantee satisfaction, all while upholding safety and environmental standards Documentation and Communication : Maintain comprehensive and accurate service records and documentation, schedule safe equipment delivery and pickup, and manage the upkeep of service department supplies and tools Safety and Compliance: Uphold environmental, health, and safety regulations, and ensure all vehicles meet legal requirements If you're passionate about heavy equipment and thrive in a fast-paced environment where professionalism and precision in mechanical work are valued, Titan Machinery offers the opportunity for growth and development.
