Phlebotomist

Labcorp seeks a Phlebotomist for its Eden, NC location to perform blood collections, process specimens, and provide customer service. The role operates on a part-time schedule across multiple days with opportunities for growth and performance-based incentives.

Responsibilities

• Perform venipuncture and capillary blood collections for all age groups
• Collect specimens for drug screens, paternity tests, and alcohol tests
• Enter patient data accurately and maintain specimen information logs
• Prepare specimens for testing and process billing and payments
• Provide customer service and perform administrative duties as needed

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Phlebotomy certification or completed accredited training program
• Minimum three months phlebotomy experience or current certification
• Ability to pass standardized color blindness test
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Reliable transportation
