Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition

Everfox is seeking a hands-on Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition to lead and strengthen our global recruiting function. This leader will develop a data-driven talent acquisition strategy, build scalable processes, coach the recruiting team, and advise leaders across technical, engineering, product, go-to-market, and corporate functions.

The ideal candidate combines strategic leadership with operational execution and is comfortable leading critical searches when needed. This role will help Everfox anticipate workforce needs, strengthen talent pipelines, improve hiring quality and speed, and deliver an exceptional candidate and hiring-manager experience.

What You'll Do

• Develop and execute an enterprise Talent Acquisition strategy aligned with Everfox's business priorities and workforce plans.
• Lead, coach, and develop the recruiting team, establishing clear goals, performance expectations, and accountability.
• Partner with executives, hiring managers, HR Business Partners, and Finance to translate workforce needs into actionable recruiting plans.
• Build pipelines for critical and hard-to-fill positions, including cybersecurity, engineering, leadership, and cleared roles.
• Establish structured intake, interviewing, assessment, and selection practices that support consistent, evidence-based hiring decisions.
• Strengthen hiring-manager capability and accountability through training, coaching, clear service expectations, and timely decision-making.
• Improve recruiting operations from headcount approval and requisition creation through offers, preboarding, and onboarding.
• Develop dashboards and operating rhythms that provide visibility into time-to-fill, requisition aging, pipeline health, offer acceptance, candidate experience, and quality of hire.
• Ensure Workday Recruiting serves as the system of record, with strong data quality, governance, and process compliance.
• Use market intelligence, technology, automation, and responsible AI to improve sourcing, efficiency, and recruiting outcomes.
• Partner with Talent Management, HR Operations, and business leaders to advance skills-based hiring and connect hiring outcomes with performance, engagement, and retention.
• Ensure recruiting practices comply with applicable employment, contractual, and security-clearance requirements.

Required Qualifications

• Significant progressive Talent Acquisition experience, including leadership of recruiters or a recruiting function.
• Demonstrated success improving recruiting strategy, operations, processes, and results within a complex or growing organization.
• Experience recruiting across multiple professional disciplines, ideally including engineering, product, cybersecurity, government contracting, or cleared positions.
• Proven ability to implement structured interviewing and strengthen hiring-manager effectiveness.
• Strong analytical capabilities and experience using recruiting data, dashboards, and market insights to guide decisions.
• Experience optimizing applicant tracking systems, recruiting workflows, and technology-enabled processes.
• Ability to advise and influence senior leaders, challenge assumptions, and translate business needs into effective talent strategies.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, coaching, and change-management skills.
• Willingness to balance strategic leadership with hands-on recruiting support for critical searches.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in cybersecurity, defense technology, aerospace, government contracting, or another highly technical industry.
• Experience recruiting for positions requiring U.S. government security clearances.
• Experience with Workday Recruiting.
• Experience supporting recruiting across U.S. and international markets.
• Experience implementing skills-based hiring, talent market intelligence, structured selection practices, or responsible AI-enabled recruiting tools.

A reasonable estimate of the base salary range for this role is:

$170,600.00-220,900.00 USD

The actual salary offered may vary within the range based on a candidates' unique experience, locale, and business needs. In addition to a base salary and bonus plans, Everfox offers a generous benefits package including flexible PTO, a 401k match, and contribution to healthcare coverages.
