Senior Director, Energy Project Management

Houston, TX A global energy and infrastructure leader is entering the U.S. market, and we're helping them build the team that will execute it. This is a ground-floor opportunity to stand up project execution for utility-scale Battery Energy Storage (BESS), Solar PV, and power generation across Texas and the broader U.S. What you'll own: Building the U.S. project execution framework, standards, and teams from the ground up Leading delivery across development, permitting, engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning Managing EPC contracts, budgets, schedules, risk, and overall project performance What we're looking for: 15+ years delivering utility-scale BESS, Solar PV, or power/energy infrastructure projects Hands-on GREENFIELD battery storage (BESS) experience Strong EPC execution, contract management, and project controls background Texas / ERCOT experience strongly preferred Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field The details: Compensation: $200,000–$300,000+++base, bonus, and other incentives.
