Responsibilities: Assist licensed physical therapists in the implementation of patient treatment plans, including exercises, stretches, and other interventions Conduct patient assessments, record data, and provide progress reports to physical therapists Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient treatment and progress Develop and implement individualized exercise programs for patients Assist with equipment setup and maintenance Communicate effectively with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals Participate in patient education and discharge planning Maintain a clean and organized treatment area Requirements: Associate's degree or certificate in Physical Therapy Assisting Completion of a physical therapy assistant program accredited by the Commission on Accreditation of Allied Health Education Programs (CAAHEP) Minimum of 0 years of experience as a Physical Therapy Assistant Florida state licensure or eligibility to obtain licensure Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment Compassion, empathy, and dedication to providing high-quality patient care Work Environment: The Palms at Sebring is a skilled nursing and rehabilitation center located in Sebring, Florida Our state-of-the-\x95 etc. #J-18808-Ljbffr Diamond Care Group
