Overview We are immediately hiring a Bay Host at Topgolf. The role is key in bringing people together and redefining entertainment by delivering excellence in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment. One Team Mentality – teamwork is essential. Player Focus – obsess over making the visitors’ experience the best. Ability to Thrive in a Popular Environment – keep calm when things get busy. Experience Serving Food & Beverages – prior service in a restaurant, hospitality, or entertainment setting, including alcoholic and non‑alcoholic drinks. Key Responsibilities Welcome players to their bays with energy and enthusiasm; explain what they are doing and highlight Topgolf features. Recommend food, beverages, and gaming options tailored to each visit, driving sales through suggestive selling. Take orders quickly and accurately, keep bay areas clean and organized by clearing tables, refilling drinks, and maintaining a welcoming space. Provide outstanding service, work seamlessly with fellow Playmakers, and resolve concerns with a smile. Ensure safety and sanitation by following standards, keeping the bay clean and safe. Physical Requirements Lift up to 50 lbs. and perform bending, stooping, and carrying. Remain on feet for most of the shift and walk throughout the shift. Engage in a variety of physical tasks and maintain endurance in a high‑volume environment. Must be of legal age to serve alcohol where required by law.
