Meets with managers, doctors, and associates to identify and discuss any concerns and issues related to the business and to share information related to new initiatives. Effectively recruits doctors in partnership with Market Directors. Quality Patient Care-Facility: Creates a culture of patient care, safety, and accuracy. Ensures others are held accountable for following standard operating procedures (SOP) and achieving expected quality and patient safety goals.
