The Berk Insurance Agency is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven insurance professional to join our growing team. This position is ideal for an experienced salesperson who thrives on building relationships, generating new business, and closing sales. Candidates with previous Allstate experience or a strong background in insurance sales are strongly encouraged to apply.

In this role, your primary focus will be driving production through outbound prospecting, handling inbound sales opportunities, following up on leads, and identifying opportunities to grow existing customer relationships. You will work directly with prospective and current customers to understand their insurance needs, recommend appropriate coverage solutions, and provide an exceptional customer experience.

Success in this position requires a proactive sales mindset, strong communication skills, and a proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals. You should be comfortable making 30 or more outbound calls each day, generating at least 10 quotes daily, following up consistently with leads, and cross-selling additional products to existing customers. The ideal candidate enjoys being on the phone, building rapport, overcoming objections, and closing business.

You will be responsible for presenting and selling Allstate auto, home, life, and other insurance products, explaining coverage options clearly, processing applications, managing follow-up activities, and maintaining strong relationships with customers throughout the sales process. As part of a high-performing team, you will contribute to agency growth while helping customers protect what matters most.

We are looking for candidates with current or previous insurance sales experience and a demonstrated track record of production. Allstate experience is highly preferred. Responsibilities

As a Senior Insurance Account Executive, you will focus on generating new business by working inbound and outbound leads, quoting Auto, Home, Renters, and other personal insurance products, and consistently following up to close sales. You will identify customer needs, recommend appropriate coverage, cross-sell additional products, and build a strong pipeline of new business. This is a production-driven sales position with clear sales goals and expectations. You will be responsible for managing your leads, maintaining accurate follow-up activity, and providing a professional customer experience throughout the sales process. Allstate experience is highly preferred, and we are looking for someone who understands insurance sales, knows how to close, and is motivated by the opportunity to directly impact their income.

Requirements

Florida Property & Casualty 2-20 license.

Five or more years of experience managing personal and commercial lines accounts.

Deep understanding of policy coverage, underwriting guidelines, and insurance markets.

Expertise with Agency Management Systems and carrier portals.

Strong track record of closing new business and nurturing long-term client relationships.

Ability to commute daily to our Palm Coast office.
