Service Advisor

Position Summary: The Service Advisor plays a pivotal role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the seamless execution of service labor and parts purchases. By adhering to Cecil Atkission Motors processes, the Service Advisor contributes to long-term customer satisfaction and retention. Core Responsibilities: 1. Greet customers warmly, record concerns accurately, and generate precise work orders. 2. Monitor the status of open repair orders, keeping customers and technicians informed of progress. 3. Acquire the necessary training to understand warranty coverage for each franchise. 4. Initiate regular contacts with previous customers, scheduling appointments for maintenance. 5. Notify customers when ordered parts arrive and coordinate appointment schedules. 6. Assist the cashier in closing tickets and notifying customers when vehicles are ready for pickup. 7. Explain repair order charges to customers and promptly report service issues to the service manager. 8. Strive to meet management's benchmarks for sales per repair order, total gross profit, repair orders per day, and customer satisfaction scores. 9. Enforce safety precautions within the work area. 10.
