Join Our Team of Exceptional Caregivers at SYNERGY HomeCare! As a Hospice Caregiver, you will provide essential care and support to patients in their homes, ensuring they receive the highest quality of care during their end-of-life journey. Your role will involve: Providing personal care assistance, including bathing, dressing, and grooming Assisting with activities of daily living Monitoring vital signs and reporting changes to the nursing staff Providing emotional support to patients and their families Maintaining a clean and safe environment Drive clients to nearby appointments or social engagements. Provide reliable care by being punctual and consistently covering shifts Location: Fremont, CA, USA Sunnyvale, CA, USA Santa Clara, CA, USA Newark, CA, USA Hospice Caregiver Benefits: Competitive Pay: Earn $252+ flat rate for 12 hrs shift. Extra Pay: Time-and-a-half for overtime and holidays. Referral Program: Get paid to refer friends to SYNERGY HomeCare. Paid Vacation: Earned vacation time and travel allowances. Certifications: Have or be willing to obtain CPR/First Aid certification. Transportation: Have reliable transportation Background Check/HCA: Must be willing to undergo a national background check & TB test.
