Senior Product Consultant
Virtual Vocations Inc
To support impactful client engagements, the full-time Senior Product Consultant will partner with clients and internal teams to configure solutions, provide technical expertise, and manage project requirements, all while working remotely. Key responsibilities Deliver on-time and on-budget collaborative engagements that drive customer satisfaction and adoption of solutions Plan, organize, and manage project tasks, decisions, and escalations to align with long-term customer objectives Build strong relationships with customer admins, acting as a trusted consultant on leveraging the CLM platform effectively Required qualifications 8+ years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree or 6 years with a Master's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a relevant field Experience working directly with businesses to understand needs and apply technology solutions 4+ years of consulting experience leading implementation and solution architecture in Software or SaaS industries Familiarity with document and content management or workflow systems for business process improvement Proven track record of delivering projects or products to market within budget
