Workers Compensation Claims Adjuster (California Experience Required) Location: Work from Home (Must be located in California) We are offering the opportunity to work in a fast-paced, exciting position with no commute. The role requires previous workers' compensation adjusting experience (taking statements, paying lost wage benefits, filing state forms, denying claims, subrogation, litigation, etc.). As a Work Comp Adjuster, you will investigate, evaluate, negotiate, and settle workers' compensation claims on behalf of our clients. You will communicate with a wide variety of individuals, including CEOs, claimants, providers, and attorneys. Experience handling claims in multiple jurisdictions is vital. Qualifications: Minimum of 1 year experience as a workers' compensation claims adjuster. License/state experience in California and your SIP. Demonstrated knowledge of workers' compensation laws and regulations. Strong analytical and problem solving skills. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. Strong organizational and time management skills. Proficiency in computer programs, including Microsoft Office and claims management software. We will provide office equipment, IT support, and training from our home office. The salary range is $50,000-$100,000.
