Little Caesars General Manager

We are looking for a motivated, dependable, and experienced General Manager to lead our Little Caesars restaurant. The General Manager is responsible for the overall operation of the store, including team leadership, customer service, food quality, labor management, inventory, cleanliness, and achieving sales and profitability goals.

We’re looking for someone who takes ownership of their restaurant, develops a strong team, and creates a fast, friendly, and well-organized environment for both employees and customers.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all day-to-day restaurant operations
• Recruit, hire, train, schedule, and develop team members
• Lead and motivate employees to provide excellent customer service
• Maintain Little Caesars food quality, safety, and cleanliness standards
• Manage labor costs and create effective weekly schedules
• Monitor food costs, waste, inventory, and product ordering
• Ensure proper cash handling and store financial procedures
• Maintain appropriate staffing levels for sales volume
• Handle customer concerns professionally and promptly
• Ensure opening and closing procedures are completed correctly
• Hold team members accountable for performance and company standards
• Develop Shift Leaders and Assistant Managers for future advancement
• Monitor store sales and identify opportunities to improve performance
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized restaurant
• Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable health and safety requirements

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant management experience preferred
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to hire, train, coach, and develop employees
• Dependable, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced restaurant environment
• Strong understanding of customer service
• Ability to manage labor, inventory, food costs, and daily restaurant operations
• Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends as needed
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform normal restaurant duties
