We are family-owned, and operated.Job DescriptionSummary of major responsibilities.Answering incoming customer phone callsProcessing orders over the phone and by mailData entry. Job Duties/Responsibilities include but are not limited to.Respond to the needs of customers and provide personalized serviceManage & update customer databasesIdentify customers' needs, clarify information, research every issue, and provide solutions and/or alternatives.Manage large amounts of inbound calls in a timely mannerOffice-related duties such as making copies and scanning documentsQualifications include.Organizational skills Basic computer skillsExcellent customer serviceStrong verbal communication skills along with active listening Job Type: Full-time, Hourly Position Hours are Monday- Friday9 am-6 pm (with one-half day)9 am-1 pm on scheduled Saturdays.
