Post Responsibilities
The coordinating physician plays a central role in the care of end-of-life patients as well as in the organization and functioning of the mobile team. The duties include:
- Advisory and clinical expertise for teams working in homes and home care services.
- Participation in initial consultation visits.
- Interviews, exchanges, and meetings with various stakeholders in the care project.
- Functional link between the professionals of the mobile team.
- Telephone listening and guidance during hours of presence.
- Cooperation with palliative care units, hospital services, and coordinating physicians of institutions.
- Networking with other mobile teams.
- Use of information and data management system (such as Globule).
- Participation in research and training in palliative care.
- Contribution to communication and information for the public and professionals (including co-organization of events).
- Participation in quality audit.
Management and organization
- Supervision and management of the multidisciplinary team.
- Recruitment of team members.
- Conducting annual reviews.
- Participation in the development plan of skills and monitoring of its implementation.
- Validation of absences, leave, and schedule adjustments according to internal rules.
- Monitoring workload and quality of collective functioning.
Benefits
- Full-time permanent position, managerial status.

- Salary starting from 5,215 gross/month (excluding seniority).
- Allowance days: 213 days/year.

Required Profile
- Degree in general medicine.
- DU/DIU Palliative Care, DESC Pain and Palliative Medicine or FST Palliative Medicine.
- Registration with the Medical Council.
- Experience in team management is appreciated.
