The ideal candidate will deliver professional behavioral health services, including assessments, treatment planning, and therapeutic interventions, within a structured correctional setting. Job Quick Facts Facility Type: Correctional Facility Schedule: Monday – Friday 8-hour shifts OR Monday – Thursday extended shifts Requirements Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license for the state of Colorado Minimum of one year of licensed clinical experience, preferably providing substance use disorder treatment Responsibilities Provide substance use disorder treatment services to incarcerated individuals Conduct formal and informal behavioral health and substance use assessments Develop individualized treatment plans to guide clinical care Provide individual and group therapy services Monitor client progress and update clinical documentation accordingly Collaborate with multidisciplinary treatment teams Coordinate referrals and ensure continuity of care Maintain compliance with facility policies, procedures, and professional standards Provide clinical guidance to non-clinical staff as appropriate #J-18808-Ljbffr Adelphi Medical Staffing, LLC
