We are seeking a professional, caring, team-oriented, and skilled Associate Dentist to join our fast-paced dental practice 2–3 days per week. The ideal candidate will provide independent clinical care while working with the practice owner for clinical oversight and mentorship, serving PPO and Medi-Cal patients. Success in this role is defined by treatment acceptance, quality and continuity of care, patient satisfaction, production, and collections.
Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive patient examinations.
- Develop individualized treatment plans.
- Provide restorative dentistry services.
- Deliver preventive dental care.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation.
- Collaborate effectively with the dental team.
Preferred Qualifications
- Three or more years of clinical dentistry experience, ideally in a fast-paced practice serving PPO and Medi-Cal patients.
- Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree.
- Current state dental license.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Experience with restorative dentistry, treatment planning, dentures, and root canals.
