Service Manager

The Boucher Automotive Group has a rare opportunity for Service Manager
POSITION: The Boucher Group requires an Experienced Automotive Service Manager to lead one of the largest and most successful Service Departments in Southeastern Wisconsin . This is a rare and exceptional opportunity for a driven leader with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction and operational excellence..


Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of a high-volume service department

• Ensure top-tier customer service and high CSI scores

• Manage technician productivity, workflow, and lane operations

• Utilize CDK software (required); experience with any OEM is welcome

• Lead, coach, and motivate a team of service professionals

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in automotive service management or director-level roles

• CDK experience is mandatory

• Strong customer service and team leadership skills

• Must be at least 18 years old

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (past 3 years)

• Drug testing required
