They work on a variety of assignments to provide comprehensive administrative support for the full lifecycle of client engagements and must be able to prioritize various projects in a fast-paced environment while supporting Managing Directors (MDs) and client engagement team members./ppResponsibilities include:/pulliProvide general administrative support, including special projects and other duties as assigned/liliAssist with meeting coordination, planning, and preparation (e.g., presentations for team members)/liliProcess expense reports, ensuring accuracy, compliance with company policies, and timely reimbursement/liliReceive and process incoming requests/liliManage MD calendars, schedule meetings across multiple time zones, and coordinate travel arrangements/liliSupport client events, meetings, and presentations, including logistics and material preparation/liliCoordinate and collaborate with internal departments (Finance, Risk/Compliance, Asset Management)/liliPrepare, proofread and edit Job Arrangement Letters (JALs) in accordance with firm standards/liliProcess and track engagement letters via e-signature platforms such as DocuSign, HubSync and tracker/liliAdminister and maintain Client Acceptance Portal (CAP) entries for new and continuing client engagements, ensuring submissions are complete, accurate, and compliant with Andersens compliance standards/liliGenerate and distribute reports, as needed, for the client engagement teams/liliCreate and track business development reports and activities for MDs/liliProvide front desk and reception coverage as needed, including greeting visitors, answering and directing calls, managing incoming mail, and supporting general administrative tasks/liliAssist with cleanup and organization following busy season lunches, events, and other office gatherings to ensure a tidy and professional workspace/li/ulh3The Requirements/h3ulli3+ years of administrative support experience, preferably in a professional services environment/liliBachelors degree preferred/liliProficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)/liliStrong written and verbal communication skills/liliExcellent organizational, multitasking, and time management skills/liliAbility to handle sensitive financial and client data with discretion and confidentiality/liliProfessional demeanor and ability to interact with and gain the respect of all team members/liliAbility to thrive in a deadline-driven environment and handle multiple projects/tasks with attention to detail/liliDemonstrate a team-oriented mindset by actively collaborating with the CTS team to support shared goals and maintain a positive, cooperative work environment/liliMust be flexible, dependable, and willing to go the extra mile/liliAvailable to work evenings and extended hours as needed, as well as make post office runs, particularly during busy seasons/li/ulpOur firm offers a competitive base salary and comprehensive benefits package designed to support the well-being, growth, and long-term success of our people. Actual compensation will be determined based on the candidates qualifications, experience, and skill set./ppBenefits : Employees (and their families) are eligible for medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance coverage.
