Key Responsibilities\n- \n

- Utilize evidence-based therapeutic approaches, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), to promote recovery and resilience. \n
- Engage collaboratively with a diverse team of healthcare professionals—including psychiatrists, nurses, and addiction specialists—to ensure seamless and coordinated care for each patient. \n
- Educate patients and their families about mental health diagnoses, treatment paths, and medication management to empower informed decision-making. \n
- Provide individualized therapy sessions, as well as group and family therapy, tailored to the unique circumstances and preferences of those you serve. \n
- Develop personalized treatment plans in collaboration with clinical staff, ensuring they reflect both clinical best practices and patient-specific goals. \n
