Pay: $17.00 per hour | Full-Time


Schedule Options

• 1st Shift: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM | $17.00/hr
• 2nd Shift: 2:15 PM - 10:45 PM | $17.00/hr

Position Summary

We are seeking dependable Production Associates to join a growing manufacturing team in Florence, KY. In this role, you will assist with the production, packaging, and inspection of chemical products while maintaining a safe and efficient work environment. Job Responsibilities

• Fill containers with chemical products according to established procedures
• Package, label, and prepare finished products for shipment
• Inspect products to ensure they meet quality standards
• Load raw materials and replenish production supplies as needed
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Follow all company safety policies and operating procedures
• Assist with general production duties to help meet daily production goals
• Stand for the duration of an 8-hour shift
• Lift and move materials weighing up to 50 pounds as needed

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing or warehouse experience is preferred, but not required
• High school diploma or GED required
• Ability to stand, walk, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Steel-toed, non-mesh work shoes are required
• Must successfully pass a background check and drug screen
• Must have a valid government-issued ID from Kentucky, Ohio, or Indiana
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and excellent attendance are essential
