Job Details:

Job Title: Autonomous Nurse Practitioner (NP) - Corrections - Days
Location: Capron, Virginia
Setting: Prison
Pay Range: Varies by assignment. Contact your recruiter for details.
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8a-4:30p
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Candidate Type: Local and traveler friendly
Requirements: Must be an autonomous NP with primary care experience

Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in a correctional facility setting.
Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and perform clinical duties independently.
Collaborate with correctional staff and healthcare team members to ensure quality patient care.
Document patient interactions accurately and in compliance with facility policies.
Manage medication administration and health education for inmates.
