Job Summary:
The registered nurse position is based in Lebanon, Pennsylvania, in a home healthcare setting. This role involves providing comprehensive patient care and clinical assessments to adult patients within a home health environment. Candidates are required to bring their RN license on the first day of employment.

Job Details:

• Location: Lebanon, Pennsylvania
• Schedule: 40 hours per week, 8:00 AM 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday, with a rotation of every 4th weekend
• Required Qualifications: Valid RN license, ASN or BSN degree, at least 2 years of experience in home healthcare, certifications including BLS (Basic Life Support)
• Certifications: BLS (Basic Life Support)
• Special Skills: Proficiency in admission assessment, blood glucose management, case management, complex wound care, medication administration, and use of EMR systems (EPIC heavily preferred)
• Additional Information: Ability to care for COVID-19 patients as needed, possibly cross-county patient care if deemed necessary
• Submission Requirements: Local candidates offered at a rate $5 less than posted; maximum of 7 days of requested return to only (RTO) time off; COVID-19 and flu vaccinations required, with exemptions allowed for medical or religious reasons
