Shift Scheduling: Full-Time, Day Shift (8-hour shifts) with occasional weekend coverage. Setting: Skilled Nursing Facility Offering Sign-on Bonus $5000

Position Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and patient-focused Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to assist patients in improving, recovering, and maintaining mobility and daily living skills under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist.

Responsibilities

· Assist with resident treatment plans under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist.

· Perform rehabilitation procedures and exercises as directed.

· Monitor patient progress and report findings to the supervising therapist.

· Document treatments, outcomes, and patient progress accurately.

· Operate rehabilitation equipment safely and effectively.

Qualifications

· Current Arizona Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) License required.

· Arizona Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card required.

· High School Diploma or GED required.
