Injection Molding Process Technician - Night Shift

Oxford Solutions is working with a manufacturing client seeking an Injection Molding Process Technician. Direct hire | Night shift.

This position is responsible for supporting daily production operations, troubleshooting process and equipment issues, and providing leadership within assigned manufacturing cells. The ideal candidate will have hands-on injection molding experience, strong mechanical aptitude, and the ability to make sound decisions that support quality, safety, and production goals.

Responsibilities:

• Provide daily leadership to production personnel within assigned manufacturing cells
• Monitor injection molding processes to ensure quality parts are being produced
• Identify and troubleshoot potential issues with machinery, molds, process settings, auxiliary equipment, and other factors that may impact quality or production schedules
• Support process adjustments and corrective actions to improve efficiency and reduce downtime
• Ensure production activities align with company goals, quality standards, and safety requirements
• Communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and technicians on adjacent shifts
• Participate in shift turnover to ensure a smooth handoff of operations
• Assist with maintaining clean, organized, and efficient work areas

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 3+ years of manufacturing experience including at least 2 years of injection molding experience
• Strong mechanical capability and hands-on troubleshooting skills
• Ability to identify process, equipment, and quality issues in a production environment
• Comfortable working in a decision-making role with leadership responsibilities
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively across shifts
• Ability to work onsite on night shift
