Clinical Support Nurse LPN

Midwest Health is looking for a Clinical Support RN who serves as a primary clinical responder and escalation resource, providing real-time guidance, clinical decision-making, and care coordination to assist communities and provide support as needed. Responsibilities Perform real-time guidance as part of quality assurance and respond to incoming calls and alerts. Manage and document complex clinical situations (falls, change in condition, behaviors). Advise on appropriate level of care and recommend resident interventions. Communicate with physicians, families, and staff. Document interactions in EMR or other software. Review, assess, educate, and provide guidance on senital events and participate in the QAPI program. Qualifications This person must have a compact/multistate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license.
