This is what it means to be CosmWorthy.The Dishwasher supports the venue operations by maintaining clean dishes, equipment, and work areas while contributing to a connected, optimistic, and service-oriented team environment that helps deliver a memorable fan experience.Responsibilities:Bring the Pillars of Service (Connected, Optimistic, Service Oriented, and Memorable) to life through team and fan (guests) interactionsFoster a connected, team-first environment by assisting kitchen and service team members as neededMaintain awareness of the work area and support overall kitchen flow throughout the shiftDemonstrate a service-oriented, optimistic, and professional attitude at all timesWash and sanitize dishes, glassware, pots, pans, and Heart of House (kitchen) equipmentClean and maintain trash bins and deposit garbage in designated dumpstersKeep floors clean and free of spills, food, trash, and other obstaclesClean walk-in cooler and dish area dailyOrganize and properly store all clean dishware, pots, pans, and storage binsPerform opening and closing cleaning dutiesMaintain all safety and sanitation standards in accordance with company policies and Health CodesEnsure all utensils and kitchen equipment are cleaned, sanitized, and stored properlyOperate, assemble, disassemble, and descale the dish machine as neededFollow all company safety procedures and maintain a safe work environmentMaintain proper rotation of dishware, pots, pans, and storage itemsAbility to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume Heart of House environment to contribute to a memorable experience for fans (guests)Demonstrates the ability to perform all essential job functions, with or without reasonable accommodation, while adhering to all company policies and procedures outlined in training materials and the employee handbookExperience:Position requires extended periods of prolonged standing and working on your feet.Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen environmentAbility to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidaysFood Handler Card required (or ability to obtain within required timeframe)Must be able to continuously stand, walk and lift up to 10 pounds.Must be able to frequently bend, squat, reach overhead, and lift up to 20 pounds.Will seldom be sitting, climbing, pushing, pulling, and lifting over 50 pounds.Disclaimer: This job description reflects the general duties of the role but is not intended to be all-inclusive.
