A leading real estate development and investment platform is looking to hire a Manager / Director of Capital Markets to support its continued growth across the U.S. market.
This person will work closely with senior leadership to support capital raising, debt and equity relationships, financing strategy, investor communication and broader capital markets execution across real estate development projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Support debt and equity capital raising for real estate development projects
- Build and manage relationships with lenders, investors, family offices and capital partners
- Prepare investor materials, presentations, financial summaries and market updates
- Assist with project financing, refinancing, capital stack structuring and deal execution
- Work closely with internal development, finance and leadership teams
- Track market activity, funding opportunities and capital partner feedback
- Support investor communication, reporting and follow-up throughout the process
Ideal Background
- Experience in real estate capital markets, debt/equity placement, investment banking, development finance or investor relations
- Strong understanding of real estate development, xhyhwjd project financing and capital structures
- Existing lender, investor, broker or capital partner relationships preferred
- Strong communication, presentation and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable working in a growing, entrepreneurial U.S. platform
- Dallas / Texas market exposure preferred
