Chemist Food Lab Tech – Dallas TX – Paid weekly – $21-24hr 90 days probation. Temp – full-time/permanent. Shifts vary. 48 hour work week Shift: TBD Salary: $21.00 – $24.00 per hour Dairy Food Lab Technician is specifically defined as the activities and job requirements of an individual responsible for accurate sampling, analysis and recording of quality assurance testing to insure conformance of products to PMO and Prairie Farms Standards. Qualifications and Experience: Bachelor’s Degree in Food Science or related field preferred. Experience in a food laboratory (required) Experience in a high-volume manufacturing environment is preferred. Ability to read, write, perform basic mathematical calculations, and accurately record data.
