Operator Readiness Coach & Certification Lead

Midcontinent Independent System Operator Inc. is seeking an Operator Readiness Advisor to lead desk onboarding, OJT, and qualification programs while developing cohort-based training.

You will monitor trainee progress and address learning gaps, partnering with Operations leadership and SMEs to improve training effectiveness. The role focuses on incorporating operational lessons learned into continuous learning content and simulations to prepare operators for real-world conditions.
