You are a self-starter with a strong attention to detail, solid organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.BE A REBEL You have a strong drive to create high-quality work environments and deliver best-in-class results.KICK ASS & TAKE NAMES You have demonstrated the ability to lead and develop teams to drive awareness and sales.STAND TOGETHER You possess strong collaborative leadership skills, enabling you to establish and maintain effective relationshipsThe Necessities• Must be 21 years of age or older.• 2 years of experience as a Shift Leader/Supervisor in a Restaurant Environment.• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays depending on Restaurant needs.• Regularly exposed to heat and/or humid conditions.• Lunch and dinner rushes require constant multitasking in a fluctuating, fast-paced work environment.• Allergen exposure to wheat, nuts, gluten, soy, and milk products on a regular basis• Ability to stand for prolonged periods of time.• Kneeling occasionally to reach low storage and refrigeration.• Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds on a regular basis.• Ability to handle stressful situations with compassion, composure, and professionalism• Possesses a Food Handler's Certification and is comfortable working around food• Possesses an Alcoholic Beverage Service Certification and complies with all regulations• Close vision, distance vision, and peripheral vision are required• Must possess dexterity to handle tongs, pots/pans, and other equipmentWho WE Are!Velvet Taco is a temple to the liberated taco.
