Tax Director

Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Tax Director to grow and serve our Cincinnati tax clients.

Responsibilities

Grow and serve our Cincinnati tax clients, develop and execute strategy to expand services to existing clients and acquire new clients, and lead high‑quality client engagements.

Qualifications

• Active CPA license.
• 10+ years of experience in business taxation at a Big4, large national, or regional accounting firm.
• Experience executing strategies to grow a practice through expansion of services to existing clients and obtaining new clients.
• Exceptional client service skills that lead to the highest quality of execution and delivery of client engagements.
• Demonstrated ability to motivate and empower people and teams.
• Excellent and enthusiastic ability to build and maintain relationships, engage others, and establish connections.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Excellent problem‑solving, organizational, and analytical skills.

Pay range: $155,500 – $256,100.
