Job Summary : Responsible for preparing and maintaining location documentation and providing administrative support to Operations Essential Functions, Roles, and Responsibilities : Essential duties and responsibilities include the following. Provide general administrative and clerical support including mailing, scanning, faxing, and copying Maintain document libraries in both printed and electronic forms Prepare and modify documents, including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos and emails Special projects or assignments as directed by management Prepare and assist with various reports for Manager and other branch personnel Review & organize Field Service Orders consulting with Service Managers for corrections to hand off for data entry. Process Job repairs in Syteline Log Field Service Order packets into Excel Spreadsheet for review and analysis by Operations Manager. Sort and file Field Service Orders by customer removing Safety Observations and Evaluations for Manager review.Review Inventory Withdrawal Forms from Service daily for electronic filing. Reviewing and electronically filing Equipment Evaluation sheets from the Shop. Provide Field Service Orders and Inventory Withdrawal forms for weekly quality control audits. Assist with electronical indexing of paperwork currently stored in BAP system. Print, review and manage repair routers for Q2 standards. Stamp, code, and scan AP invoices Education, Training, Experience : Office Administration certificate from college or technical school; or three to five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Certifications, Licenses, Registrations : None Job Knowledge, Skills, Abilities: Intermediate Language Skills Mathematical Skills and Intermediate Reasoning Ability.
