School Psychologist Are you passionate about supporting students academic, emotional, and behavioral growth? In this role, youll play a vital part in helping students thrive by providing comprehensive evaluations, meaningful interventions, and compassionate support. Position Details Job Type: Full-Time 32.5 hours per week, Full School Year Caseload: K-12th grades, will discuss during interview Location:Fairfield, CT What Youll Do Conduct comprehensive psychological and psychoeducational evaluations Interpret assessment data and provide clear, actionable recommendations Participate in eligibility meetings and contribute to IEPs and 504 Plans Provide counseling and crisis intervention services as needed Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support student success Develop and implement evidence-based academic, behavioral, and social-emotional interventions Support MTSS and RTI frameworks Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with state and federal guidelines What We’re Looking For Valid CT state licensure as a School Psychologist Prior school-based experience preferred Strong skills in assessment, data analysis, and problem-solving Excellent communication and collaboration abilities A heart for supporting students and partnering with school communities Why Join Us?
