Home Visit Care Manager for Seniors & Disabilities
Council on Aging of Southwestern Ohio
The Council on Aging (COA) is seeking Licensed Social Workers and Registered Nurses in Blue Ash, Ohio, to support the aging population, individuals with disabilities, and caregivers. This role includes conducting home visits, providing education and support to clients, and coordinating healthcare services. Ideal candidates will have an Ohio LSW or RN license, good communication skills, and experience working with the elderly.
