Locations 2698 Philippi Pike Anmoore, WV 26323, USA On-site Maintenance Full-Time Requisition #: INDUS007472 Description Responsibilities Dismantle, assemble or fabricate general equipment (mills, pulverizers, conveyors, crushers, rotating equipment with belts, chains, fan housings, blowers, motors, etc.). Diagnose and repair general plant equipment such as mills, pulverizers, crushers, conveyors. Handle heavy, bulky units, rig them, move and set them. Make decisions concerning the feasibility of salvaging or scrapping equipment or parts removed for repair or replacement. Repair, fabricate or improve metal components by welding or cutting. Use blueprints, verbal instructions or original ideas to perform the work. Use skill in any part of the plant as required. Assist other crafts. Tools and Equipment Typical craftsmen tools Grinder Electric or gas welding and other cutting apparatus Transportation vehicles Oil cans and grease guns May be required to work at heights and/or in confined spaces. May work alone with minimal supervision or with other maintenance crafts. Work in various areas of the plant; environmental conditions can be hot, cold, dirty, greasy, wet, and noisy. Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalency Valid driver’s license Ability to work shift work and rotating schedules, including daily and weekend overtime and call-outs for repairs and breakdown situations to limit downtime, preventative maintenance tasks, and root cause analysis. 4 years of manufacturing and/or heavy industrial experience working in the skilled trade.
