LVN
Fall Creek Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center is currently searching for a qualified Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our team of professionals. You will be responsible for overseeing the daily care of our residents, documenting all care given, and other assigned tasks.
Our LVN benefits include dental, vison, life, health Insurance, tuition reimbursement, PTO, and daily pay. We also have shift differential from 2p-10p!
