You take pride in a job well done, enjoy working as part of a team, and understand that your role contributes to the dignity and comfort of every resident.A Day in the Life:Clean resident rooms, bathrooms, and common areas according to established standardsDust, vacuum, mop, and sanitize high-touch surfaces and shared spacesRestock supplies and report maintenance or safety concerns as neededPerform laundry duties as assignedFollow proper infection control, safety, and sanitation proceduresRespond to resident and staff requests with courtesy and efficiencyAssist with special cleaning projects and seasonal deep-cleaning tasksCommunicate effectively with supervisors and fellow team members to ensure smooth operationsQualifications:Must be at least 18 years of ageAbility to follow verbal and written instructions in EnglishPrior housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred but not requiredPhysical exam showing freedom from communicable diseases requiredDependable, respectful, and able to work independently or with a teamAt Larksfield Place, every role plays a part in delivering premier service and building a strong community.
