Skills & Qualifications

* Design Tools: Mastery of standard design and prototyping tools, particularly Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD. * UX Methodologies: Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, accessibility standards (WCAG), and responsive design. * Front-End Familiarity: Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and component libraries (e.g., React components) to facilitate seamless collaboration with developers. * Communication & Collaboration: Excellent presentation and storytelling skills, with the ability to articulate design rationale clearly to cross-functional teams. * Problem-Solving: Ability to turn complex technical requirements into simple, elegant user experiences. * Portfolio & Experience: A strong online portfolio demonstrating end-to-end UX research, wireframing, and polished UI design; 1-3+ years of digital product design experience.

Benefits
