Facade Engineer

We are in search of a highly skilled and experienced Facade Engineer to join our team in Washington as we expand our operations globally As a Facade Engineer you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of building facades ensuring they are functional aesthetically pleasing and meet all safety standards This is a full-time position with an attractive salary of $1300 per month Responsibilities Conduct thorough research and analysis to develop innovative facade designs that meet client requirements while adhering to building codes and safety regulations Prepare detailed drawings specifications and cost estimates for facade construction projects Collaborate with architects structural engineers and other professionals to ensure all design aspects are incorporated into the buildings overall design Oversee the fabrication and installation of facade components to ensure quality workmanship Conduct on-site visits to monitor construction progress and provide technical guidance to contractors when needed Perform regular inspections on completed facades to ensure they meet all quality standards Requirements Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or a related field Minimum of 3 years of experience in facade design and construction Extensive knowledge of building materials construction methods and facade systems Proficiency in AutoCAD Revit or other relevant software Strong analytical skills with attention to detail Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively within a team Benefits We offer competitive salaries benefits packages opportunities for career growth and a dynamic work environment where your creativity will be valued #J-18808-Ljbffr CoreHaul Logistics
