Registered Nurse - Emergency Room

Job Summary:
Seeking an Emergency Room Registered Nurse for a 13-week travel assignment at a high-volume medical center. The ideal candidate will provide critical patient care in a fast-paced environment with a focus on compassionate service.

Responsibilities:

• Assess, monitor, and diagnose patients presenting with urgent and emergent conditions.
• Administer medications, treatments, and IV therapies in accordance with physician orders.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Document clinical observations, interventions, and patient responses accurately.
• Educate patients and families on health management and post-discharge care.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols, infection control, and hospital policies.

Qualifications:

• Valid RN license in the state of Louisiana.
• Minimum of 1 year of Emergency Department nursing experience.
• Current BLS, ACLS, and TNCC certifications required prior to submission.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a dynamic environment.
• Strong communication and critical thinking skills.
• Proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple urgent cases.
