Job Type: Full-Time | Year-Round Work
Schedule: Monday-Friday with overtime and weekend opportunities as needed
Pay: $27.00-$30.00 per hour based on experience and licensing

As an Experienced Electrician, you will perform residential new construction electrical work, service, maintenance, and repairs while supporting light commercial projects as needed. Daily responsibilities include rough-in and trim-out wiring, panel installations and upgrades, service equipment replacement, water heater wiring, lighting installations, switch and receptacle installation, electrical troubleshooting, and supporting HVAC electrical systems with disconnects, whips, and equipment hookups. You will work with both low-voltage and high-voltage systems while ensuring every project meets NEC requirements, local codes, and Spectrum AC's quality standards.

Qualifications:
• Minimum five years of residential and/or commercial electrical experience
• Experience with residential new construction wiring and panel upgrades preferred
• Experience supporting HVAC electrical systems preferred
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and schematics
• Knowledge of NEC requirements and electrical safety standards
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record
• Ability to perform physically demanding work in varying weather conditions
