Responsibilities: Deliver exceptional customer service to both external customers and internal departments. Support leadership initiatives and assist in staff training and development. Locate, receive, and accurately log parts shipments into inventory. Maintain inventory and storage areas, ensuring organization, accuracy, and proper stock levels. Manage and control supplies efficiently. Requirements: Strong ability to read, interpret, and transcribe data to maintain precise records and orders. Intermediate computer proficiency, with solid PC skills. Capability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment. Physical ability to safely lift up to 50 lbs regularly. Understanding of numeric filing systems. Excellent verbal and listening skills to assist customers both in person and over the phone. Willingness to complete all brand-specific training programs. Maintain professional attire and a neat personal appearance. Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. Consent to a pre-employment background check and drug screening.
