Warehouse Team Member

Raymar Supply has supplied agricultural parts to farmers across Southwest Georgia for over 40 years. We carry parts for tillage, planting, spraying, harvesting, hay equipment, and more. As our business grows, we are hiring a full-time warehouse team member to support our operations. Pay Rate: Salary, depending on experience Schedule: Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM. Some Saturdays during planting and harvest seasons (April–May and September–October), 7:30 AM to 1:00 PM, on a rotating basis. Description: As a warehouse team member, you'll build a range of skills and play an important role in ensuring that our customers receive the parts they need. You will be expected to consistently perform your tasks efficiently and work with others as part of a team. All team members are expected to follow safety regulations and procedures. Team members work across diverse departments contributing to our supply chain operations. These departments include Shipping, Receiving, Stocking, and Order Pulling. Every member of our team starts with this work — it is how we teach the business. Where you go from there depends on what you show us. Team members who master the foundational work and take initiative earn more responsibility. One of our most recent hires earned his own customer territory within his first 90 days. Key Responsibilities: Receive, organize, and ship parts accurately and efficiently Prioritize safety by adhering to proper procedures Perform tasks in various departments as assigned by the Supervisor Learn agricultural parts over time through hands-on work and study Minimum Qualifications: Physical fitness to move continuously throughout the facility, lift up to 50 pounds, and operate power equipment Adherence to safety protocols, wearing necessary personal protective equipment Ability to work in varying conditions, from extreme temperatures to noisy environments Strong safety orientation and ability to work independently or within a team Preferred Qualifications: Previous experience in warehouse, parts counter, tractor dealership, or distribution settings Mechanical or hands-on background — farm work, equipment repair, automotive, or industrial maintenance Proficiency in operating power equipment (forklift, pallet jack) Detail-oriented with experience in a fast-paced environment Basic math, reading comprehension, and computer skills Spatial reasoning for effective product positioning About Raymar Supply: Raymar Supply, Inc. is a family-owned agricultural parts business located just outside Sasser, GA, serving farmers across Southwest Georgia since 1985. #J-18808-Ljbffr
