Job Details Associate Attorney: The Associate Attorney will represent plaintiffs in construction related litigation matters from initial case assessment through final resolution. The Associate will argue motions in court, defend depositions and draft pleadings. Qualifications Must have litigation experience Trial experience preferred Experience representing the plaintiff Excellent writing, advocacy, and analytical skills Ability to work independently and in a team environment Able to manage a heavy work load with competing priorities Jobot is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
