Traffic Control OfficerBeginning level traffic control work in the enforcement of parking ordinances and in the regulation of parked vehicles; and related work as required. Note: This is shift work. The Parking Control Unit operates seven (7) days a week on an extended schedule. Persons hired must be available to work any shift or any of the seven (7) days of the week. Wearing of a uniform is required.High School graduation or G.E.D. Equivalency Diploma.Possession of a valid Driver's License.A qualifying written test. This is a non-competitive original entrance examination in accordance with Rule V, Section 8.1(d) of the City Civil Service Rules.
